The house

BÔNE began as a Tuesday night experiment in a borrowed kitchen. Twelve seats, one menu, a single rule: nothing keeps overnight.

Five years on, the rule still holds. The team is small and close knit, childhood friends and family, moving like clockwork through two tight sittings a night, with a live saxophonist threading the room.

Come hungry. Stay late.
